what's wrong with 'bit.ly'?

In Korea nobody can access 'bit.ly' site.
Click 'bit.ly', access only to KCSC(Korea Communcations Standards Commision http://www.warning.or.kr/).



They say 'bit.ly' contains illegal and immoral contents.
